Novex started this year strongly, after securing a Cat A commercial refurbishment for the Landlord of Dolphin House in Guildford and the office fitting out works for the future tenant. Although we are working on separate projects on the same site for different clients, being able to overlap the works at Dolphin House has enabled us to reduce timescales and budgets for both the landlord and tenant. Novex completed a similar Cat A & Cat B project for M&M Green and The Book People in Godalming.

As you will see when scrolling around the 360 images, we have had a very blank canvas to work with, giving the new tenant and ourselves the opportunity to do something a little different than your standard office environment. Instead of replacing the old ceiling grid tile system with a new one, for this project we’ve opted to go all out exposed! Spraying the existing ceiling slab black to enhance the galvanised steel ducts, conduits and trays for all to see, creating a very modern rustic design style that for some; a very desired look.
