Novex worked closely with SGS to develop a new space requirement which could be set against a shortlist of potential properties. A detailed process of design was carried out with the UK and US Management Teams to arrive at an agreed design and specification for the project.

Following the successful completion of the project and occupation of their new space, Novex provided advice to SGS on their dilapidations liability on their previous premises which Novex then carried out to the landlord’s satisfaction.
